Payment Methods

Credit and debit card accepted. Riders may also pay for rides with Apple Pay or Google Pay through the app. Cash is accepted in exact payments (no change provided).

Apply for a Reduced Fare Card

Seniors (60+) and riders with disabilities are eligible to apply for a Reduced Fare Card, which they can show on-board to pay reduced pricing. To apply for a Reduced Fare Card, submit the attached application form in person to the TCATA by Via Transit Office at 275 E Wall St, Benton Harbor, MI 49022.
